Appalachian Food Culture is a video that discusses the importance of food in Appalachia. Our community is lucky enough to have the organization, Community Agricultural Nutritional Enterprise, supports the growth of local food and builds entrepreneurial opportunities for local community members. This video highlights one of their managers and some of my family members as they discuss the importance of food on Applachian culture.
Colby Amburgery is a 9th grade student at Letcher County Central High School. He is very active in the sports and performing arts community. He also has created his own baking business called Burgey’s Bountiful Bakes.
